other southern cities in the USA, like
Mobile, Alabama & Gulf Port, Mississippi.
The holiday is celebration with parades
where colorful beads, doubloons, trinkets,
and cups are thrown from floats to the
crowds and caught by the crowd.
Mardi Gras is generally celebrated in
February.

king or queen
for a week,
and it's
